An important achievement of the Department is the development of methodologies for developing virtual layout based on HP VEE technology. Lecturers of the department (P.V. Ivashchenko, I.S. Perekrestov) developed over 40 virtual models, which are carried out on the basis of laboratory work. This technology ensures good visibility of the laboratory experiment, a high conversion accuracy of the signals. Virtual models can be used as distance learning system, they do not require considerable computing resources.
The experience of the Department for the use of HP VEE technology to develop virtual models, developed laboratory models can be used by other departments of the Academy and other universities.
Further development of models for laboratory work is carried out both on the basis of HP VEE, and in MathLab environment.
